Pour a cup of boiling water over the 2 tablespoons of lemon balm leaves and let it stand for 10 minutes. Sit and drink it slowly.

You can add lemon (or some natural sweetener) for the better taste. If you have problems with digestion, you should take a ginger slice before a meal with some extracted lemon juice and a pin of salt. If you have heartburn, avoid ginger.
St. john’s wort tea
