Do 3 sets of 10-12 reps.

Triceps dips

Sit on a chair or bench. Place your hands by your sides facing forward. Stretch your legs. With the help of your arms lift yourself up.

Go in the starting position slowly in three to four counts with bending elbows. When going up again count to three or four again.
Do 3 sets of 10 reps.

Reverse dumbbells fly

This is a challenging exercise but brings results. Lie down on the bench or on the Swiss ball facing the floor. Grab dumbbells and swings the arms holding the dumbbells outwards.
Do 3 sets of 10 reps.

Medicine ball slams

Chest dips
